VR APL or BPL Class Car STL File

This is an N Scale (1:160) model of Victorian Railways' APL/BPL Class carriage.

This model comes complete with body and chassis and requires Microtrains 1017 4 Wheel Lightweight passenger car trucks with adjustable couplers and painting to complete.

The carriages were introduced into the Victorian Railways from 1917 and ran until the mid 1980's.The number group was eventually 1 - 126, including conversions from the first class cars.

The carriages, which were affectionately known as "Bouncing Passenger Lounges," were removed from service by the early 1980s.
